Happening on April 9th from 1pm to 4pm, join us for an afternoon of cocktails and conversation with Gippsland Apiarist Ben Murphy.

Our talented bar team have also created a bespoke menu of cocktails using Tambo Valley honey in some truly unexpected ways.

Head up to the Rooftop to discuss the complexities and versatilities of Ben's organic honey, the crucial role of bees in our food chain, and what we can do to help them.
