As part of the Melbourne Cocktail Festival, we have teamed up with Maidenii, the team behind our signature Farmer’s Daughters’ Vermouth, to create three delicious custom cocktails and pair them with three delicious Gippsland produce meals to enjoy on our Rooftop.

The Bushtucker Mary paired with a Baw Baw Trout Rillete, mountain pepper cream and salted cucumber.
A Ginger and Tonique highball accompanied by the Corner Inlet School Whiting, Jupiter turnip and nettled pesto
The Double Plum Nocturne paired with House-cured Gippsland meats and pickles.
