We're excited to announce that our Executive Chef Alejandro will be taking part in Evergreen's 2021 Chef Series this July.
Showcasing his passion for Victorian produce, Alejandro will curate a distinctly Victorian 6-course menu paired with matched wines that honour the state's best producers.
Hosted at Evergreen at Crown, the experience will feature premium produce from the coast to the mountains. Highlights include Baw Baw black truffles, Kansom Abalone skewers, braised pine mushrooms tartare, Apollo Bay lobster, Mallacoota sea urchin, and much more.
