The exclusive recipe has been designed to celebrate native ingredients grown on Phillip Island. Aged in sweet vermouth hogsheads, it is a unique product with a Blanc de Noirs base infused with lemon scented tea-tree, strawberry gum and native juniper. Fantastic as an aperitif and served as you like it.
